Return and Refund

OnTheSofa accepts return within 30 days of receipt, under the conditions that that all returned items must be unworn/unused with original tag(s) and packaging intact. 

The customer may assume full responsibility for return shipment costs, customs fees, and handling charges if they decline to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes.

Please reach out to our team (info@onthesofa.co) before returning an item. Items shipped without our consent may be refused upon delivery.   

We will not be responsible for items damaged or lost during the return delivery process.
